The picture shows item is stuffed and I received just the cloth body. Other sellers sell the stuffed bodies and even weighted Body for the same price.

The picture shows the body stuffed so you can see what it will look like on a doll. A picture of an unstuffed body would not give you a good idea of how it would look on your doll. It is clearly stated in the item description that the bodies do not come stuffed
