We ship to Canada, the United States and Puerto Rico. We currently have a glitch in the system which will not allow for first class international to be chosen during checkout for Canadian customers. However, if you would like to place an order, please contact us for a shipping price quote. We can refund any overages in shipping charges after you place an order
It is always difficult to answer this question because there are many factors that determine when stock will be replenished. Our raw mohair comes from overseas and can take many weeks to arrive. It has been especially unpredictable during the COVID-19 crisis. We try to order way in advance of running low but this has not proven to be foolproof. Mohair is dyed and processed in house by Jessica and can be an unpredictable process as well. If you would like to be notified when mohair or other products are back in stock, simply add yourself to our mailing list. We will send newsletters when products are back in stock

Orders are shipped same or next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. This shipping schedule applies to all in stock items except for doll bodies and doll eyes because these items are made to order and take 1-3 days to ship. If you order bodies or eyes and have other items included in your order, they will all ship together in 1-3 days
Yes, we only carry kits sculpted and produced by Jessica. They come with a COA
Yes, we accept returns on most items if they are returned in new and unused condition. The buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a fulfillment mistake made by Go Baby. Please contact us regarding all returns so we will know when to expect the package and expedite your refund
Automated confirmation emails are sent as soon as you place your order and as soon as your order is marked shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder as that is likely where the email ended up. Adding our email address to your contacts will help avoid this issue
